Ici, Sonesta Resort, Anguilla, finished triumphant at the Caribbean Culinary Competition held in Puerto Rico, and also won the title of
"Bartender of the Year" at the 1999 "A Taste of the
Caribbean" event. His cocktail creation, "Flaming Ronagra", received the Most Innovative Dish Award- the first time in the history of the regional competition that the award was presented to a cocktail. Webster's stellar performance also won him the
"Most Creative Rum Cocktail" award, three gold medals. Ron has been so impressive in this and previous competitions, that he has been invited to return and judge
future bartending competitions.

PURONITY
Ingredients:
1 fresh banana
1/2 oz. Fresh pineapple juice
1/4 oz. Vanilla extract
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Frozen strawberries
Method:
Puree all ingredients. Shake, then pour into a Frozen Margarita glass, floated with a puree of strawberries.
Garnish:
With a chunk of pineapple, a cherry and orange peel.
